You'll experience heady typing challenges, learn new keys, build speed and accuracy, and play fun, multi-level games. Within the Castle, you'll find more engaging activities and games to help you lot refine your keyboarding skills. No other typing program is this fun or challenging!
Explore the Lands of Typer Island! Kids visit The Old W, On the Water, In the Air, Over the Edge, and Nether the Sea. In each land they take a series of lessons, challenges, and a skill exam—plus games! When they laissez passer the skill test with 86% accuracy of their goal words per minute (which they set), they advance to the adjacent land – until they achieve the Castle!
Play Ziggy! Type words fast to plough the top of each pillar a new colour-before Ziggy get's zapped by the bad guys. Attempt to win all 4 levels!
Play Wild West! Type the words quickly to make them disappear before the birds drag them away! Advance to play within Bill's Soda Shop.
Kids Choose From xi Custom Typing Plans
Step-by-Footstep Typing Instruction is provided for each of the eleven Typing Plans which include: Learning the Home Row, Domicile Row and Upper Row, Home Row and Lower Row, Ages seven-eight Program, Ages ix-10 Plan, Games Programme, Skill Building Program, Suggested Typing Plan (no games), Suggested Typing Plan, Numeric Keypad Plan, and Numeric Keypad Plan (numbers just).
Follows National Education Engineering science Standards
The 11 Typing Plans and 160 lessons follow the typing standards gear up by the National Education Technology Standards. Typing Results & Certificates of Achievement
Instant feedback is provided on typing results for Word Per Infinitesimal (WPM) Scores & Accuracy Percentages for all lessons, challenges, tests, and games. Kids can select a design and print a certificate of accomplishment to prove they accept successfully conquered the Castle and rule Typer Isle!
