Apple's WWDC 2022 invites started going out today with the developer briefing kicking off on June 7 and running through June eleven.

The intended reflection has sparked speculation that Apple may finally have something to say most one of its long-rumored Apple tree AR glasses projects. While it's certainly a bit of a reach, some leakers accept suggested a late 2022 or early on 2022 release date for the glasses.
